Frequently Asked Questions
The more detail the better: product name, brand, photo, store link, model number, or a description of what you remember. Even a vague idea is enough for us to start searching.
We do our best, but we can’t guarantee every item exists or is available for sale. Illegal, hazardous, or restricted items can’t be handled. If we can’t find it, we’ll let you know and the Hunt Fee may be adjusted depending on the case.
Simple hunts can take a few days to about a week. Harder searches may take longer. After purchase, international shipping time depends on weight, destination, and the method you choose.
We accept major online methods such as credit card and bank transfer. Payment details are confirmed when you approve the purchase.
